General Guidelines
- Complaints raised on the number provided will receive a call back for issue assistance within 24 hours.
 - Updates on grievance status will be provided at each stage.

 - Detailed Description of the Issue
 
 
If the complaint remains unresolved after following the outlined escalation process, it may be further escalated to the Nodal Officer of the respective Registered Entity (RE) that issued the loan, as per applicable regulatory guidelines.
