How much credit will I be able to access?

A: Your eligible loan amount depends on your income/earnings and eligibility assessment by the lending NBFC.

When will I receive my loan amount?

A: After you complete the loan transaction in the app, the disbursal is made via bank transfer to your bank account by lending NBFC. The expected transfer is 4–48 working hours (subject to banking holidays) as shown in the app when you initiate the loan transaction.

Where do I get the loan from?

A: The lending NBFC’s name is shown in the app during onboarding and is also available in your Loan Agreement (LA) and Key Fact Statement (KFS).

What if I do repayment directly and it gets deducted from my payout too?

A: If you notice a double debit (direct repayment plus payout deduction), raise a support query with KarmaLife support through the app or email. After verification the lending NBFC will refund the excess repayment, if any, and you will receive confirmation once completed.

How can I change the language in my app?

A: Go to More → Languages in the app to switch to your preferred language.

Where can I find my Bureau/CIBIL report?

A: You can download your report directly from official bureau websites (CIBIL, Equifax, Experian, CRIF). Avoid third-party apps that may show outdated information.

How much time does any change take to reflect in the Bureau?

A: The lending NBFC reports loan data to credit bureaus as per its reporting cycle. Updates typically reflect within a few weeks, and in some cases may take longer depending on bureau processing.

Can money be transferred to someone else’s account?

A: No. Loan disbursal is made only to the borrower’s bank account.

Is the loan reported by the NBFC to credit bureaus like CIBIL, Equifax, Experian, CRIF High Mark?

A: Yes. The lending NBFC reports your loan details to credit bureaus in accordance with applicable requirements.

How secure is my information and how safe is the KarmaLife app?

A: Your trust matters to us — and we take your security seriously. We do not access your contacts, call logs, or personal files/media.

On the technology side, KarmaLife follows industry-aligned cybersecurity practices, conducts periodic VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing) through qualified auditors, and maintains an ISO 27001:2022-aligned Information Security Management System (ISMS) to ensure your data stays protected.
